Bio: Dispite being out casted as a child for his odd tastes and views Sai has blossumed into a social butterfly in his teen years. he makes friends every where he goes, but has trouble rebemebering names. he can makes someone smile no matter how much they want to be mad at him (and he abusses this quality).
he's closest friends are odd balls like him he's met at raves. He's absolutly infactuated with all the younger members of team 7... all of them, but the only ones he's actually talked to is also named Sai, who he insistes on calling Matsuri, not only because he feels odd calling some by his own name, but also as a pun implying he's an uchiha (uchiwa matsuri XD) most of the time they spend together is drawing in silence next to eachother
Personality: hyper and noisey much or the time, he can be very stubborn, especially when someone challanges his ideals
